Manifesto

Your AI Teammate goes first. Your team decides.

We build AI Teammates: AI co-workers that take the first pass on every message, ticket and invoice. We run them for you, and every judgment call reaches a person with the full context.

Signal, 1949

Most of what reaches your team is noise.

In 1949, Claude Shannon and Warren Weaver drew the path every message still follows: a source, a channel, a receiver. And noise, getting in the way. Today the noise is repeat questions, status checks and documents to retype, and your best people have become the filter.

The Shannon–Weaver model of communication, with one addition.

Your AI Teammate sits in the channel and absorbs the noise.

Your team receives the signal.

In the loop

Monday, 8:02 AM.

The weekend left 36 messages. Watch your AI Teammate take the first pass, then make the one call it shouldn't make alone.

System

Built for you. Run by us. Steered by your team.

01

Your channels

WhatsApp, email, web chat, Slack and phone transcripts. One AI Teammate behind all of them, in English and Spanish.

02

Your systems

CRM, ERP, calendar, inbox and databases. It reads and writes with the permissions you grant, and nothing more.

03

Your knowledge

It answers from your manuals, policies, data and brand voice. Your sources, not guesses.

04

Approvals

Decisions arrive with context and a recommendation. Approve, edit or decline in one tap.

05

Autonomy, rule by rule

Draft only, ask first, or act and report. You decide where the line sits for each kind of work.

06

A record and a pause button

Every message, decision and action is logged. Stop it, or any one of its skills, whenever you want.

01 to 03: what we build and run04 to 06: what your team controls

In development

Your operation as a decision tree.

We're building Command View, a live map of each AI Teammate's work inspired by the tech trees of strategy games. Every branch is an action it can take. Every node that needs judgment waits for a person. Your team sees what is running, what is queued and what needs a call, and steers it in real time.

Command View concept A new request branches into a question, a booking, a refund and a pricing request. The AI Teammate answers the question, works the booking and refunds under 250 dollars on its own. A refund over 250 dollars and any price change cross the line and wait for a person's call. Why different

Not a chatbot. A teammate with limits.

  1. 001

    It goes first.

Every message, ticket and invoice gets a first pass in seconds, at any hour.

  2. 002

Your team has the last word.

Anything that needs judgment arrives as a decision, with the context and a recommendation.

  3. 003

Autonomy is earned, rule by rule.

It starts in ask-first mode. Each rule moves to its side only when you decide its record is good enough.

  4. 004

    Nothing happens off the record.

Every action is logged and reviewable, and it never moves money, changes a price or deletes a record without your sign-off.

  5. 005

English and Spanish, from day one.

Your AI Teammate works in both languages, and so do we, from Miami Beach and San Juan.

Where it goes

Start where the noise is loudest.

Team

AI Teammate

Your people

Sales

Answers every new lead in seconds, in their language. Qualifies, follows up and books the call.

Walk into qualified meetings. Approve discounts and custom terms.

Service

Resolves repeat questions, tracks orders and changes bookings, day and night.

Handle complaints, VIPs and anything outside policy.

Back office

Reads invoices, contracts and forms, matches them to your records and flags what doesn't add up.

Approve payments and sign off on exceptions.

Operations

Watches cameras and sensors, and flags defects and anomalies as they happen.

Decide when to stop the line, and why.

Not sure where yours goes? That's what the process audit is for.

How we start

One workflow. One owner. Clear limits.

  1. 01

    Process audit

    Us
We map one workflow end to end: inputs, rules, systems and handoffs. You see which part is noise and where an AI Teammate should go first, whether you hire us or not.
    You
One conversation with whoever owns the process.

    No cost, no commitment.

  2. 02

    Pilot

    Us
We build it on your knowledge, connect it to your tools, set its limits and launch it in ask-first mode.
    You
Your team approves its work, one tap at a time. Every edit teaches it.

Fixed scope, fixed fee, launch date agreed up front.

  3. 03

    Run

    Us
We run it and measure what it resolves, escalates and gets wrong, then expand its scope on evidence. You get a report every week.
    You
You decide what it may do alone, rule by rule, as its record earns it.

    Monthly subscription, priced by volume.

Questions

What your team will ask.

01

Will it replace my team?

No. It takes the first pass, so your people spend their time on the work that needs them: customers, decisions and exceptions.

02

What happens when it gets something wrong?

It can only act inside the limits you set. Anything above them goes to a person first, every action is logged, and every correction teaches it.

03

What will it never do on its own?

Move money beyond your limit, change a price, a contract or a policy, delete a record, or promise something your rules don't cover. And when asked, it always says it's an AI.

04

Do we have to change our tools?

No. It works inside the channels and systems you already use: Slack, WhatsApp, email, your CRM and your ERP.

05

Where does our data go?

It stays in your accounts and on our platform, and the AI Teammate only reaches what it needs. We use enterprise AI providers that don't train on your data, and regulated teams can run it in their own cloud.

06

How fast can we start?

The audit is one conversation. The pilot has a fixed scope and a launch date we agree on before we start.

07

What does it cost?

The audit is free. The pilot is a fixed fee set after the audit. Running it is a monthly subscription based on volume.

Access

Start with one workflow.

In one conversation we map a workflow in your company and show you where an AI Teammate should go first. You keep the map either way.
